ZING is a mother and son team whose goal is to make worship beautiful.
Jean was a worship leader in her church, and also created the service's PowerPoint slides. She was unhappy with the quality of Christian resources available online, as well as the cost and time involved in purchasing quality images and creating beautiful backgrounds for worship. Creating the slides for one service would take two whole days! She said to herself, "No wonder many worship leaders use ugly PowerPoint slides. They don't have the time, money or resources to make worship beautiful."
With her technically-able son, Michael, Jean decided to create a website where other worship leaders and pastors could purchase reasonably priced PowerPoint background images that would illustrate graphically the beauty and creativity of God Almighty.
One goal was to free up time so that pastors and worship leaders could concentrate on more important duties. Another goal was to create a cost effective system of beautifying worship so that God's resources could be better managed. The final goal was to create images that would glorify God and help congregations emotionally connect with God's majesty and awe.
With our cost-effective subscriptions, we've achieved two of our goals - saving time and money. Instead of spending hours online searching for images and then creating or manipulating these images to make them suitable for PowerPoint, pastors can easily download images and set them as page backgrounds in their PowerPoint presentation. Hours are freed for more important duties And, with our background images, there's no need for churches to purchase expensive images or the software to manipulate them (and if they didn't purchase images but just grabbed them off the internet, there is no more reason to steal images and risk God not blessing your ministry).
